Our Board of Directors democratically represents PBA Members within each of the City Council districts where PBA is currently active.
The Board also includes roles for volunteers with professional expertise to provide strategic, legal, and financial guidance.
The purpose of the Board is to operate the legal entity of PBA and focus on strategic planning and organizational governance to support PBA's stated mission.
Our Board is 100% comprised of volunteers. Each year, PBA Members elect District Board representatives. The Board then appoints Officers other Directors to fill designated roles.
